The law is what establishes rights, defines their boundaries, and imposes their respect. The means is through recognizing the rights of some individuals against others. To achieve this, it was necessary to know how to apply the rules of law, its scope, that application, whether in terms of jurisdiction, the persons addressed by its rules, the time period for the life of those rules, the characteristics and types of those rules, the branches of law, whether public or private, and the sources of law, whether official or Precautionary measures, rules for controlling the constitutionality of those rules, as well as interpretive sources, whether jurisprudence or jurisprudence, and how to apply them, whether with regard to the objective, regional, personal, or temporal scope. The book "The Fundamentals of Law or the Introduction to the Study of Law" by Professor Dr. Abd al-Razzaq al-Sanhouri and Dr. Ahmed Hashmat Abu Steit was one of the most prominent of these works because of the multiple doctrines and ideas it contained in this science. This publication remains a shining sign in the sky of legal culture throughout history, and our venerable sheikhs remain jurists. And stars in the sky of history.
