This cookbook contains recipes collected and created for more than fifty years. Many dishes are simple and easy (Braised Steakettes, Beef Vegetable Soup, Curried Shrimp), others a little more complex (Jambalaya, Coq au Vin). Stephana Arnold served these dishes to her family when they were growing up and beyond. She needed to share these recipes with others since she felt that many families would enjoy them as well. Each has been carefully selected for this cookbook.
