The reader may not know that the author of this novel, the English novelist, journalist, and screenwriter C. S. Forster (C.S. Forester), this is his literary name. His official name is Cecil Scott Forster. He was born in Cairo on the twenty-seventh of August 1899. His father was working in Egypt at that time as an English language teacher. Our writer is the youngest of his five siblings, all of whom were born in the family home in the Garden City neighborhood in Cairo. Forster is considered one of the greatest authors of the second quarter of the twentieth century, especially the period after the First and Second World Wars, and he surpassed and surpassed many of his counterparts, especially in his works related to naval warfare. The most famous of which is the character "Horatio Hornblower, This novel, "The Penalty," was turned into a play in 1931 and shown on Broadway in the United States of America.
