Autorenporträt
DR ELISABETH MARX is a Partner in the Leadership Advisory and Board Practice at Stonehaven. She focuses on top team development, succession planning, and non-executive director searches for international companies. Prior to Stonehaven, Elisabeth was a Partner in the Leadership Consulting and Board Practice at Heidrick & Struggles. She has extensive experience in the evaluation and development of senior executives and of top teams all over the world. Her research on CEOs and Boards is frequently covered in the national and international press as well as on radio and TV. She has been a regular management writer for the Financial Times and has written for the Daily Telegraph, The Observer and The Independent. She is also a consultant at INSEAD's Global Leadership Centre, where she works on a variety of programmes, including the Executive MBA, the AMP, and company specific programmes. Elisabeth trained in psychology at the University of Marburg (Germany), gained her doctorate at Oxford University and was previously a lecturer in psychology at the National University of Singapore, where she started her work on cross-cultural psychology. Her book 'Breaking Through Culture Shock' which focuses on international executives and global leadership was published in 2001 by Nicholas Brealey.
