In this book, the author talks about the causes of human behavior and divides them into four: self-talk, belief, and view of events and emotions. The writer called self-talk the silent killer and its source is family, school, friends, the media and the person himself. He said that 90% of our concepts are formed in the first seven years and that on the basis of these concepts we talk to ourselves. Then the writer pointed out that every matter has three points of view: Your point of view, the other person's point of view, and the correct point of view. The writer concluded with the necessity of removing all negative thinking when talking to oneself, the necessity of researching and thinking about the validity of beliefs, and finally not letting emotions control us and the necessity of trusting our energies and abilities.
