But this proves to be a tall order when nobody believes the prince's claims that he is really a Prince despite being clothed in rags... Autorenporträt

Mark Twain was born Samuel Langhorne Clemens in 1835, Florida. Soon after his birth, Twain's family moved to Hannibal, Missouri, where he spent his childhood. During his varied career he worked as a printer, a river pilot on the Mississippi, a travel writer and a journalist. Today he is best remembered for his classic children's books, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and its sequel, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. He died in 1910.
