The ruler responded in this matter the witnesses and they are enemy without an apparent excuse, and this led to the difference of people, between those who take this testimony, and whoever wants it according to the choice of the ruler, and from here the people were disturbed in the matter, and he was sent to the authorship of Ibn Rajab this message and the purpose of it is discussing the issue Jurisprudence and the presentation of evidence for such a situation in jurists.
