Humphrey L. Moore was born and raised in Memphis Tennessee. Graduated from State Technical Institute at Memphis,which is now Southwest Community College with an Associates Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management. Humphrey is a Certified Computer Technician and a Registered Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Humphrey is married and has two kids and two grandsons, and is enjoying life, living in sunny Southern California.
