Oliver Soames is a Detective Sergeant in the Metropolitan Police Service who is called out to an apparent open-and-shut murder-suicide which turns out to be the doorway into a world he never knew existed. David A. Xavier is a writer from London, England with a penchant for speculative fiction. A storyteller above all else, he loves finding ways to craft a story, be it with a pen, a camera or a piano. He is one half of Dragon Literature - specifically the half that deals with the surreal or fantastical. As well as working on the MSCE trilogy, he is also developing a board game.
