Living in Northern California with her husband, daughter, dog, and chickens, she has explored numerous healing modalities, including acupuncture, massage, psychology, nutrition, and nursing. With twelve years of experience running an alternative healing practice, she now works as a labor and delivery nurse. Her passions include hiking through the California redwoods, tending her garden, meditating, practicing yoga, and savoring chai in the sunshine on her deck. Deeply disheartened by the state of the world, she started writing as a form of therapy, filling pages with everything that felt broken. Wishing to create a positive vision of the future, a bolt of inspiration ignited, and this book demanded to be written. It is a humble offering born from her deep desire to uplift humanity. Through this work, she hopes to bring more light, love, and healing into our ailing world.
