This can potentially have serious consequences on any individual, such as, lack of motivation and confidence, physical and mental health disorders, as well as job loss. This CAT was conducted to understand whether scientific evidence supports the claim that job strain causes depression, in an attempt to help the workforce better understand human capabilities. What is known in the scientific literature about the impact of job strain on workforce well-being: does job strain cause clinical depression?
