In today world of competition, organisation have to get it right. The purpose of this study is to look at different styles of leadership and the relationship these have on organisation performance. Previous studies in these area have shown that, when applying the correct leadership style to the organisation it can have striking impact on the performance on the overall organisation, in terms of growth and prosperity for the work force. This particular study will review Transactional, Transformational leadership and Autocratic relationship on organisation performance. Will clarify these leadership styles on organisation performances and how they impact the performance in food organisations.
