Autorenporträt
Sally Bibb is a business consultant, writer and speaker. She runs two consultancies, Talent Smoothie, which focuses on developing talent in leaders and teams, and Engaging Minds, which looks at issues of employee engagement. Until 2007, she was a Director at the Economist Group. Her career has spanned HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, learning and development and change management. She has an MSc in Organisational Change from the University of Surrey. She is also a member of the CIPD, an Associate of the Corporate Research Forum, a qualified NLP Practitioner, an Erikson trained coach, and MBTI certified. Sally is the author of several successful business books, including A Question of Trust (with Jeremy Kourdi, 2007), Management F/Laws (with Russ Ackoff & Herb Addison (2006), The Stone Age Company (2005), Trust Matters (2004 - winner of an MCA award) and The Rookies Guide to Generation Y (2009). She has also edited the Truth about Business series.
