The mountaintops, river, and the Evergreen tree inspired her to free write this book, in which pure natural inspiration guided the creation. It is the intention of the book to change the readers life with positivity and inspiration.

Autorenporträt
Mahnaz has worked as a teacher (high school and elementary) for the public school system in Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia. She has worked as a family counsellor as well. Finally, she has hosted and produced her own TV show and radio broadcast on the international satellite network. She has committed herself to advocacy for individuals with disabilities, animal rights, pro-adoption, and inclusive practices in education. Mahnaz dedicates this book to her loving father, Amir-Hossein Mirkhond-Chegini; for he taught her how to be "Evergreen" and to never give up. She has worked as a teacher, counsellor and fitness instructor, Arriba Fitness creator, mindfulness meditation instructor, and energy healer. She has formed a specialty in Autism and learning disabilities, and currently works as a teacher and educational consultant in Toronto. The author is an experienced and qualified bilingual professional (Farsi/English) with work in three Canadian Provinces, British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec.
