O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University, USA. Michael Kahr is Chair of Jazz at the Gustav Mahler Private University of Music in Klagenfurt and Senior Lecturer at the Institute for Jazz at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz, Austria.
