Sarah Giest is Professor of Public Policy at the University of Leiden, the Netherlands. She specializes in public policy analysis focusing on policy instruments and capacity in the innovation, technology and sustainability realm. Ian Roberge is a Professor at York University in Toronto, Ontario. He specializes in public administration and public policy and, among other topics, conducts research on financial services sector policy and regulation as well as government foresight practices.
