Autorenporträt
Andri Peer wurde 1935 in Genf geboren. Nach dem Abitur 1970 begann er sein Studium an der Faculté des Lettres in Lausanne in den Fächern Französisch, Italienisch, Deutsch, Geschichte und Pädagogik. Es folgte ein Doktortitel (PhD) an der Universität Zürich in den Fächern Französisch, Italienisch und Deutsch. Nach einer Tätigkeit als Gymnasiallehrer und einem Lehrauftrag für Didaktik an der Universität Zürich folgte ein Lehrauftrag für zeitgenössische italienische Literatur. Neben diesen Tätigkeiten absolvierte er ein Studium der Computerlinguistik und höherer Mengenlehre sowie mathematischer Logik und machte einen Master in Angewandter Psychologie. Es folgte eine qualitativ-empirische Forschungsarbeit über psychologische Hintergründe des Textverständnisses von Mittelschülern. Zu seinen bevorzugten Interessen gehören neben Lesen und Lernen das Stadtwandern und die Freiwilligenarbeit. 2018 veröffentlichte er sein erstes Buch (Mauerritzen).
