Michael Jerome Johnson has been writing short stories, commentaries and feature articles for various trade papers and newsletters and online websites for many years. He recently contributed three pieces for the anthology - "Campfire Tales From Hell: Musings on Martial Arts, Survival, Bouncing, and General Thug Stuff." Michael is a classical actor having performed in many of Shakespeare's plays, as well as ancient Greek plays, renaissance plays and Chekov. Besides being influenced by these playwrights, he has also been influenced the late Robert B. Parker, Terry Brooks, Terry Goodkind, the marvelous J.K Rowling, and his old friend, Barry Eisler. "The Sage Chronicles: Family Matters" is his first book, and the first in a contemporary fantasy series.
