Autorenporträt

Dr Shalini Lal is an organizational development thinker, problem solver and consultant. She is the founder of Infinity OD, a consulting firm that works with client organizations to help build their leadership, culture and capabilities. She was named as an 'Exceptional leader of excellence' by the Women Economic Forum for 2018. She is a graduate of St. Stephen's College, Delhi, has an MBA from IIM-A and a PhD from UCLA. In a career spanning over 25 years she has worked in senior HR roles, such as director HR with Deutsche Bank, chief HR officer at Escorts Agri-machinery and chief (organizational development) at Airtel. She is also an independent board director and a sought out columnist and guest speaker. She lives in New Delhi with her husband, two children, three dogs and one cat.
