Taking responsible information, free of prejudice to those who are interested in the subject is not an easy task. People who are dedicated to sexology know how intensely this matter moves in society. Some religions used anal sex practice as an example of typical sinful human behavior. Feminists dressed it as the ultimate proof of the desire that sexists have for humiliating women. This book studies the subject through the eyes of a constructive and guided sexology, not losing sight that the future will give this practice the destiny that the past wasn't bold enough to foresee. In spite of this future, we have here a study that deserves to be read and analyzed as a new challenge to conquer over prejudices and make people aware of the motivations and consequences of sodomy. Celso Marzano, 62, urologist, sexologist, sex therapist and sex educator. Formed 37 years ago by the Catholic University of Sorocaba (PUC), São Paulo, Brazil. He has in its school history an international educational experience, where he completed his high school education in New York, United States. The pursuit of the ever continuous and arduous knowledge, working and studying, and in 1979 complete a childhood dream, to become a doctor. Postgraduate in therapy and sex education by the Brazilian Society of Studies in HumanSexuality (SBRASH). Specialization in Psychodrama. Full member of ABRAP - Brazilian Association of Psychotherapy. Full member of the ISSM - InternationalSociety for Sexual Medicine. Full member of SLAIS - Latin American Society for the Study of Impotence and Sexuality. Master in Health Science, SP. Ex-Assistant Professor of Gynecology and Obstetrics Chair of the Faculty of Medicine of ABC - ABC Foundation, Santo Andre (SP) and is responsible for the sex therapists Sexuality Clinic of the same entity. As a doctor and sex therapist, meets in private practice in his hometown - São Caetano do Sul, SP. He is Director of CEDES (Orientation and Development Center of Sexuality). He is a consultant for magazines, newspapers, internet, radio and TV stations. He gives courses and lectures on sexuality throughout Brazil. It presents the Internet programs as "Doutor do sexo".
