Reviewing the file while enroute from Chicago to Singapore, Lt. Barton familiarizes himself with all aspects of the case. Upon landing in Singapore, he is met at the airport by Jeffrey Ho who works part time undercover for the Singapore police. Together they investigate the unusual murders.

Raised in Downers Grove, Illinois, Bob is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and lives in Glenview, Illinois with his long-time companion, Mary Ellen.
