When Timmy asked him to take them home with him, he couldn't oblige since it wouldn't be proper without wedding Hope. When a man accosted Hope in the hotel dinning room, he made up his mind he couldn't leave them there all alone and unprotected. He done the only decent thing he could do. He married her and became a pa to Timmy. At least his grandma would be happy he got married, but could they learn to love each other and become a family or would the man who accosted her destroy their lives?
