In a career spanning three decades, she has worked with prestigious publications such as BW Businessworld, Business Today, Economic Times and Business Standard. She is currently an editorial consultant with The Hindu businessLine. She has written extensively on marketing strategy, workplaces, and travel and hospitality. Her profiles of leaders featured in Table Talk, a two-volume book, published by the Hindu group. Narayanan is the author of From Oberoi to Oyo and Fort Pupils.
