Ilana Peleg is a yoga instructor, lecturer, book writer, philanthropist, and a happy mom to a beautiful boy. Ms. Peleg was born and raised in Israel. Shortly after successfully graduating high school, she moved to France, where she attended American University in Paris (AUP), which in some manner signified the beginning of her long journey of studying and working abroad. Upon graduating from the AUP, Ms. Peleg continued exploring the world. She spent an extensive period working in central Asia, representing American nation and helping to promote principles of goodwill and democracy. Ms. Peleg has subsequently settled in Florida. Today, she is working as a full-time yoga instructor, promoting healthy lifestyle through continuous improvement of physical and mental abilities of a human body. In-depth knowledge of the fundamentals of yoga principles enabled Ms. Peleg to incorporate yoga philosophy of meditation with the principles of spirituality and soul searching and, foremost, helping a person to find inner self and strengthen his or her connection with the divine Creator. In her powerful presentation called The Connection, Ms. Peleg shares her knowledge of scientific physical world and its relation to spirituality. The presentation mainly touches upon a wide variety of subjects, including but not limited to various aspects of cycle of life, connection of the solar system, and human thoughts, as well as principles of third law of motion and its relations to our actions and communication; intricacies of the power of our mind, as well as the benefits of meditation and yoga in the process of improving our physical and mental abilities; the unique structure of a human body as a whole, as well as the various parts of human body and their effect on our perception of our surrounding, i.e., our vocal abilities and speech, fingerprints, cornea, and so on. Ms. Peleg also talks about the importance of helping others, kindness and compassion. "We all come with talents and defaults and lead a long journey to correct and peel the layers of defaults, in order to enjoy our talents and fulfill our true purpose in life."
