Agrini Neekhra is the author of the, "Spiked Carrot." She lives in Peoria, Illinois. Agrini was 10 when she wrote this book. She did have a pet hamster named Bitty, pronounced Bit-tee, who is sadly now deceased. He was very active and many of his characteristics are described in this book.
