So I braced myself for a storm and what a storm it was. It ripped me to shreds and brought me down to my knees. It got me to look deep-deep inside the deepest deep within, and find the answer to the question that is my existence. It gave me the sense to put down in words the words that helped me through some of the darkest days of my life. And when the storm subsided, I unwrapped the thoughts that make up this book.
