A beautiful and colored vintage set of the Stations of the Cross is presented in print for the first time. This set of fifteen images was created by an unknown Spanish painter in the early twentieth century and comes from a private collection. According to oral tradition, it was Mary, the Virgin Mother of Jesus Christ, who first set up stone markers outside at her home when she lived in Jerusalem, so that she could prayerfully retrace each one of the steps of her Son's Passion. This small book is intended to facilitate meditations on Christ's Passion for Lent and Holy Week with its color illustrations. It is also intended to preserve this set of the Stations for posterity, while making it widely available.
