Ward wants to get back at him, but his mother dissuades him by telling Ward she'll bake Mr. Crumble a pie. Ward's shocked until he realizes the wisdom of his mother's words.

The boys focus their hearts to the joy of the spring, looking forward to the pleasures awaiting in the days ahead. Here, The Sundog Snow Adventure loses its hold as the sundogs disappear high up in the sky!
