Autorenporträt
Professor Rolf Skog is the Director General of the Swedish equivalent of the UK Takeover Panel and responsible for Sweden's participation in the negotiations regarding the EU Takeovers Directive. He was secretary to the committee preparing the Swedish Takeovers Act 2006 and has led recent years' overhauls of the Swedish Takeover Code. He is also Sweden's representative on the Takeover Bids Network of ESMA.



Erik Sjöman
is a top-ranked capital markets and public M&A partner at Vinge, one of Sweden's two largest international law firms. He is also a member of the Swedish Takeover Panel and the Listing Committee of NASDAQ Stockholm and has been closely involved in the latest overhauls of the Swedish Takeover Code.
