I have been practicing martial arts the majority of my adult life - firstly with Muay Thai boxing and then moving onto the Chinese internal arts of Tai Chi and Xing Yi. My studies in the martial arts have given my tremendous benefits and through my books I want to pass these on and ensure these benefits can be received by all who wish too.
