Erin (James) Stresow lives in Minnesota and Colorado with her husband, Edwin, and her dog, Roma. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Pepperdine University, her Masters of Arts in Business Communications from Jones International University, and is taking a break from her doctoral program in Business Administration. She also served as a Senior Consultant for the Colorado Department of Education; she strongly believes in education and everyone's right to literacy. She herself is a passionate connoisseur of books. She always has a book in her bag. She is an avid traveler and has visited thirty-plus states and a dozen countries. She is highly motivated, personable, and a disciplined young woman. She has written a cookbook, Eat Pray Lose, which was inspired by her blog, EatPrayLose Girl (http://www.eatpraylosegirl.blogspot.com) . This book was inspired by her dog, Roma. She plans on writing novels and continuing the Tales of Roma. Roma has lived with Erin since she was adopted in 2006. Roma loves water, drinking it or playing with the sprinkler on hot days. Roma loves her bones and will even do tricks for treats. She is well-behaved and rarely even barks. She is extremely friendly and has to greet everyone she meets. Roma has inspired this book and many more that will be written in the future. And, yes, many of Roma's tales are true!
