I held out my hand for the fat file of information he was clutching, and passed back a card with my home address on. "You know what tomorrow is, right?" He looked clueless, so I continued. "It's Thanksgiving. Kind of a big deal to us Americans. You know, celebrating throwing off the yoke of the colonial oppressor?" Now he looked worried, and I laughed. "Come to dinner, with Marnie and me, and make sure you bring your good lady. Then, we'll discuss the deal in a more civilised manner!"

"T-thank you, Sir,' he stammered, and looked like he was going to faint.

I interrupted again. "Just go and leave the file. I'm quite capable of reading...!" I called my secretary in and Sally bundled him out. "Seven o'clock sharp," I shouted after him.

I was a self-made man by twenty-two, having been one of the early pioneers of car integrated electronics. I developed a system that the big manufacturers liked and floated on the Dow. I was a billionaire by thirty! Since then, my forte had been acquisitions, and my apparent generosity as a business angel enabled me to indulge my greatest passion other men's wives. Marnie shared my appetites, and my energy she was fifteen years younger than me, and completely bi-sexual. Nudging sixty, I had no intention of slowing down and kept in top shape. And moving to London five years ago had, if anything, just made me hungrier. Maybe it was the accent, I couldn't say, but fuck, I found the Brit girls horny!
