Eric Schmitt is a sixth generation Missourian and represents the Show-Me state in the United States Senate, where he serves on the Judiciary Committee. He previously served as the State Treasurer and then Attorney General for Missouri. A lover of the Constitution, Schmitt has fought for free speech, strong borders, and the dismantling of the administrative state. He has worked with colleagues across the aisle to enforce border security laws and limit energy prices. Eric and his wife Jaime have three children, Stephen, Sophia, and Olivia.
