Over the 4 years since I started my youtube channel at" lowcarbrecipeideas", I have experimented tremendously with bread resulting in close to 90 videos on keto bread alone. As I believe that we don't have to be limited with the usual almond and coconut flour, I experimented with lots of alternative low carb flours. In this e-book, you will find keto bread recipes using ground seeds such as sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, black and white sesame seeds which are not only way cheaper but healthier too. You will be amazed at how well the keto bread made with sunflower and flaxseeds blooms with yeast and within a very short proofing time of 15 minutes. The texture is incredibly light, soft, fluffy and you can actually make regular sized sandwich with it. You will also find keto bread recipes using alternative nut flours such as walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts and peanuts which actually produced a much lighter and fluffier texture than almond flour. The other thing I believe in is making things simple so all you require is a bowl and spatula. No tools required unless absolutely necessary in certain recipes. All of my recipes are free of grains, gluten, wheat and sugar.
