Shawntae is a proud twin mom of two beautiful girls, Journey Nevaeh and Ryah Skye. She resides in central Florida with her high school sweetheart turned husband, Ryan. Shawntae holds a degree in Criminal Justice Administration. After fourteen years of infertility and holding on to their faith, they felt released and even led by the Lord to try IVF. To their surprise, they became pregnant with, not one, but two baby girls. For a time, Shawntae dealt with postpartum anxiety and depression after the birth of her babies.
