Oleksiy Kresin is Dr hab., Professor, Associate of the International Academy of Comparative Law. He is Head of the Center of Comparative Jurisprudence at the Koretsky Institute of State and Law in the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Research Fellow at the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations of the University of Palermo, Professor of Comparative Law at the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics.
