Margaret Pedler was born in 1877.
As is unfortunately common with many-particularly women authors-little is known of her life or circumstances.
She initially studied piano and singing at the Royal Academy of Music and went on to publish several songs.
From 1917, when she published her first novel, she went on to write 28 in total, mainly romances.
Margaret Pedler died on the 28th December 1948.
