Othamar Gama is the founder and former CEO of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Paraiba, creator and president of Intermares Hall convention Center in Brazil, founder and sponsor of the Otací lio Gama institute, developer of the Project of the First Job Opportunity initiative for youths from third-sector institution Otací lio Gama Institute, and the mastermind behind the Winner Factory project. He earned his master's degree in general business from ISCTE - Lisbon University Institute- and has bountiful experience as an entrepreneur in diverse fields such as education, construction, and advertising. Prior to becoming a prosperous businessman, he graduated with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Moreover, Othamar has over 26 years of experience with third sector as president and sponsor of the Otacilio Gama Foundation, which has made a substantial difference in the lives of thousands of children from disadvantaged communities in Brazil. Othamar is a motivational speaker and researcher in self-development and positive psychology. This book, known as the "A Formula dos Vencedores," was written in Brazil and hailed as a bestseller by Gente Publishers. Othamar lives in Florida with his daughters and his wife. In addition to grasping hold of every moment spent with his family, he enjoys fighting judo and playing tennis. He is also very passionate about gemstones - one of his hobbies is to go to his mine in Brazil to prospect Paraiba Tourmaline.
