Florian Weitzer leitet mehrere Hotels in Österreich, darunter das Grand Ferdinand mit dem legendären Restaurant "Meissl & Schadn" in Wien. 2020 wurde er vom Falstaff-Restaurantguide zum "Gastronomen des Jahres" gekührt. Severin Corti ist Journalist und Restaurantkritiker. Er war Koch und schreibt seit 20 Jahren in deutschsprachigen Zeitungen und Magazinen über Essen und Trinken.
