Theoretical Statistics provides a systematic statement of the theory of statistics that emphasizes general concepts rather than mathematical rigor. Subsequent chapters discuss non-parametrics, interval estimation, point estimation, asymptotics, Bayesian procedures, and deviation theory. Student familiarity with standard statistical techniques is assumed.
