Carol Garhart Mooney: Carol Garhart Mooney has been an early childhood educator for more than 40 years and is currently the executive director at Holy Cross Early Childhood Center in Manchester, New Hampshire. She holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education and a master's degree in early childhood education. She has completed coursework for a doctorate in sociology of the family. Carol is the author of Theories of Childhood, Theories of Attachment, Use Your Words, and Swinging Pendulums.
