As a bible student and as lover of God's word, I have heard the story of David and Saul and the music that David played for Saul. It was recorded that when ever Saul fails ill David would pray his harps (music) and Saul would get well. David devoted praise to God for Saul's sake and Saul was made whole. Grief, anger, sorrow, self dreams, negative thoughts, wickedness, hopelessness, unemployment are diseases that had no medical cure which only being alone with God in praise devotion can heal. Devotion, sacrifice of praise for the treatment of the mind, body and the soul is a therapy of praise.

As a young man I take time to talk to God as a friend. He had been more than good time. I have found several occupations and I wish to make a fortune in the gospel arena just as David got a job in the house of Saul. Praise gave him a job and in the end a kingship position. David was given from the praises he had given to Almighty God.

Beloved do not be deceived to know that if you spend ten hours a day listening to praise, and you have no intention of becoming a gospel musician that you are suffering from idleness and needs a therapy of praise. If reading is you hobby and you read for ten hours a day and you don't have any intention writing; please go and find out what pushes you into reading and deal with it. It may be the past, failure, hopelessness, unemployment, loneliness. The moment you deal with this, you may not even desire reading again.

This book is not written for the idle man or woman.
