Russ Simmons grew up surrounded by a spiritual family, and when he was young he was part of many spiritual studies and activities. All of his spirituality was Christ-centered, and as he started his family he passed on these Christian teachings to his children. Yet beginning in 2000, Russ began experiencing powerful spiritual thoughts, which he eventually began writing and now shares in There Is No Universe.
