Autorenporträt
Charvette Yvonne Jones, EDS, is originally from Toledo, Ohio, where she began her teaching career and, in part, raised her twenty-two-year-old daughter, who is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in general studies and has an associate's degree in arts. During her twenty-six years teaching, Charvette has taught, inspired, and been equally motivated by students from preschool to middle-school-aged. Her teaching career spans across the states of Ohio, Georgia, Alabama, and Kentucky and has afforded a diverse insight into the art of not just teaching but reaching our youth. She is committed to overall student success fueled by educators who lead with true passion for their profession. In addition to teaching, Charvette is a trained classical ballerina of eighteen years, a gymnast, cheerleader, motivational/inspirational speaker, poet, and advocate for individuals with multiple sclerosis. She is also the author of What Happened to the Teacher's Pet?
