Chris Daskam is a Rebel 4 Life with Running Rebel Community Organization as a Mentor and Tutor of foster children in Milwaukee. Chris helped guide children in the inner city of Milwaukee for many years and during his tenure decided that he wanted to show the beauty of his town through his first book. Chris attended UW-Milwaukee while working for Running Rebels and found a deep and profound love for the work he did and for the city that embraced him as a caucasian male entering a primarily African American demographic. Chris taught martial arts at Black Belt Leadership Academy on Burleigh and Highway 100 and enjoys helping children gain confidence in themselves.
