Where as, Tammy L. Phillips-Young has been married for nearly twenty-eight years, she has over 25 years of social service experience in various areas including church leadership roles, management, education, government, and law enforcement. A proud native of Marvell, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Minor - English from Philander Smith College. Tammy is also the 2008 winner of the Arkansas Top Fashion Designer Competition, where Korto Momolu (best known for Project Run-way, Season 5) served as a judge. And where as, she enjoys excitement and challenges where there's a cooperative team environment. She's focused, disciplined, self-motivated and has a strong work ethic. Tammy takes pride in a job well done and ensures each task is performed efficiently and to the best of her abilities. Trust-worthiness, and dependability are strong qualities that she possesses and strongly believes that these elements of character are essential to any profession or obligation.
