Thomasina Kirby was born and raised in Harlem, New York. She also lived in Brooklyn, N. Y. As a child. She currently resides in Bronx, New York. She worked in the Health Field for over 35 years. She is a graduate of Bronx Community College. She is a Writer and the Author of "In My Mother's Arms" She enjoys reading, writing poetry, and writing books for children. She enjoyed creating the many children stories she wrote, and she is looking forward to writing many future children books. She enjoys sharing her works with others, with the hope to encourage children and people in general to read more books. She is the proud mother of two daughters and two grandsons.
