He received his Doctorate in Leadership from Bethel Seminary in Minneapolis, MN, receiving the William A. Fretwell Memorial Thesis Award for his work centered on Effective Collaboration Between Churches. Drew co-authored the Aspire 78:72 Biblical Leadership Training Experience and in 2022 was the Grand Prize Winner of the National Parks Share Your Story competition. Living in their RV, Drew & his wife, Debbie, reside predominantly in Maryland & Delaware, with their two cats, Bruce & Gracie.
