Christian retired from pastoral ministry after 27 years and now serves as the Director of Research & Communication for Aspire Leadership. In this role, he helps develop and facilitate leadership training for businesses, churches, and non-profits. Drew co-authored 'The Aspire 78:72 Biblical Leadership Training Experience' for Aspire Leadership. He earned a Doctorate in Leadership from Bethel Seminary in Minneapolis, MN, and was awarded the William A. Fretwell Memorial Thesis Award for his research on effective collaboration between churches. 'Three Years: Making a Difference in the Time You Have Left' is his first book, published in 2024. Living in their RV, Drew & his wife, Debbie, reside predominantly in Maryland & Delaware, with their two cats, Bruce & Gracie.
