Autorenporträt
Trish Carpenter is a retired school principal who has worked with children of all ages. She loves writing children's books with her service dog as one of heroes. Carpenter highlights the challenges faced by young people in each of her books. Thunderpaws is the nickname of one of her dogs and inspired this story. Bullying behavior is at the root of the story while kindness drives it. As part of her nonprofit Anti Bullying Communications she has given many workshops devoted to encouraging kind behavior.
