STEVE YOUNGER has been a school chaplain for over 30 years and is currently completing a PhD on delivering spiritual development within schools in accordance with Scottish educational requirements. A Baptist minister, he is a co-opted member of the Church of Scotland's Education Committee and provides training in religious observance to a number of education authorities.
